Gentlemen’s Retreat
I’m a board member and mentor for The Gentlemen's Retreat, a program that gives high-potential, college-bound inner city young men the tools and vision to step out of the inner city and into the real world, to not only survive, but thrive.
We teach them the art of being a gentleman by developing emotional, conversational, and storytelling intelligence. Through mentoring and directed experiences, we help them form their own meaning of what being a gentleman is, so they can become self-directed and self-sufficient throughout high school, college, their careers, and beyond.

100 Thanksgiving Meals
We were privileged again this year to give our Thanksgiving meal baskets to the families from Gilbert Stuart Middle School and it truly was a team effort! Thank you to everyone who donated money, food, and time. It is appreciated!
mothers & Daughters brunch
We held an incredible Mothers and Daughters Brunch this past May at Bistro 22 — joined by a number of strong and talented women. Guest speaker Janelle Clarke-Holley helped remind us to celebrate the journey. Check out the video (above).
Supporting the next generation
In honor of Black History Month, we donated 30 books to some very special 1st-grade classes at Robert Bailey Elementary. Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza did a virtual reading of "Big Papa and the Time Machine", as our very own Danny Bullock hung out with some super cool 1st graders!
We donated copies of the same book to Cranston Public Library and other local libraries to help support our growing youth. Nothing is better than seeing bright young minds light up with you.
